Arsenal vs. Everton – Premier League Match Preview
Arsenal kicked off their long December campaign with a clinical 3-0 win at home to Hull City.
However, our difficulty ramps up significantly as we face a quality Everton side under manager Roberto Martinez. This is a team that has proven they are offensively and defensively capable of securing a top four position this season.
But Arsenal must not back down, especially in light of our rivals dropping points. While we have a decent gap on points (mind it sp*rs), the more distance we create for ourselves, the less pressure our squad will face in our harder league matches later on this month.
Bacary Sagna remains out, which gives Jenkinson more time to fill in. And he was influential immediately against Hull, providing a fine assist to NICKLAS BENDTNER. Never thought the sentence would end with that.
We get another boost, however, as Lukas Podolski is once again training but lacks match fitness. His imminent return gives us even more attacking power which is always welcome.
With a solid defense, potent offense, and excellent ball movement, Arsenal has a chance to set themselves up for a successful December. Head on down to The Ship for a good matchup and cheer The Arsenal to victory.
